With individual instruction from an experienced teacher and a focus on learning the starting poses in Iyengar Yoga, this beginners course gives new students an insight and understanding into the basics of Yoga.
In addition you will experience how correct alignment in simple postures have a powerful effect of freeing up tightness and unnecessary pain and tension in the body through various muscles and joints lacking symmetry.
