Beginners 6 week Starter Course – Oct 2017

This course is a great introduction for those who are just starting Yoga. With individual instruction from an experienced teacher and a focus on learning the starting poses in Iyengar Yoga, this beginners course gives new students an insight and understanding into the basics of Yoga.

In addition you will experience how correct alignment in simple postures have a powerful effect of freeing up tightness and unnecessary pain and tension in the body through various muscles and joints lacking symmetry.

Free Yoga Classes – 20 Year Celebrations

As part of the 20th anniversary celebrations, Joy and the team at North Shore Iyengar Yoga are offering Free Yoga Classes for all levels across an entire week. Level 3 class to resume

Our popular Level 3 class will be resuming again on Tuesday nights from 7:30 – 9:00pm after Anzac weekend.

This will taught by Neil, an experienced and dynamic J2 certified Iyengar yoga teacher who has recently joined the studio.

The Level 1 class will still continue on Tuesday from 6:00 – 7:15pm led by Glenn.
