North Shore Yoga run a series of workshops with experienced teachers that will take your Yoga to the next level.
Workshops are a great opportunity to explore different poses and safely challenge yourself in a supportive and structured way.
Suitable for all levels with two certified teachers guiding and assisting with props and pose adjustments.
1. Chair Workshop – 15th August from 2:00 – 4:30pm
Using a chair as a supportive prop to aid in your asana practice.
2. Rope Workshop – 19th October from 2:00 – 4:30pm
The use of ropes to support and open up the body in a range of asanas
3. Props Workshop – 31st October from 2.00 – 4.30pm
Circuit of various props i.e. mini-whalers, stools, rack, bar, blocks, head-stander & more
4. Pranayama Workshop – 28th November from 2.00 – 4.30pm
Asanas (postures) to open & calm body & mind for yoga breathing techniques.

Using ropes as a prop it was possible to attempt / achieve postures that might have not been accessible and I came away feeling so much taller, more open in so many parts of my body and best of all a peaceful and happy mind. It was so much fun and challenging too and highly recommend it to all those yogi minded folks out there! –Carolyn
