Yoga for Kids – School Holidays Program 2018

We are running kids classes during the April School holidays to get more children interested and exploring the benefits and fun of yoga.

Kids yoga classes will be run by certified teachers with experience in teaching and keeping kids engaged.

All levels welcome, no experience required.

Mon 16th  2:00-3:15pm  and Thurs 19th 2:00 – 3:15pm

Mon 23rd  2:00-3:15pm  and Thurs 26th 2:00 – 3:15pm

Beginners 6 week Starter Course – Feb 2018

This course is a great introduction for those who are just starting Yoga. With individual instruction from an experienced teacher and a focus on learning the starting poses in Iyengar Yoga, this beginners course gives new students an insight and understanding into the basics of Yoga.

In addition you will experience how correct alignment in simple postures have a powerful effect of freeing up tightness and unnecessary pain and tension in the body through various muscles and joints lacking symmetry.
