Yoga for Beginners Course – Feb 2025

This course is a great introduction for those who are just starting Yoga. With individual instruction from an experienced teacher and a focus on learning the starting poses in Iyengar Yoga, this beginners course gives new students an insight and understanding into the basics of Yoga.

Anniversary Weekend and Waitangi- Class Timetable

Classes will still be held throughout both the Auckland Anniversary and Waitangi Holiday periods but on a revised schedule:

Saturday 25th Jan and Sunday 26th Jan, classes will be as usual 9am – 10.30am,

Auckland Anniversary public holiday Monday 27th Jan, there will only be one class 9.30 – 11am.

 

Waitangi Day public holiday Thursday 6th of February there will only be one class 10 – 11.30am

with normal classes resuming after that for the weekend as per timetable.

Yoga Workshop – Oct 31- Working with Chairs

Explore working with a Chair in your practice.

This Iyengar Yoga Workshop will focus on using a chair as a supportive prop to aid in your asana practice.

Suitable for all levels of students, and ideal for less flexible or those with injuries, you will learn some great techniques to include in your regular practice.

Studio re-opening for bookings in Level 2

We are back and the studio is reopening from 14th May.

Hopefully you have managed to keep up your yoga practice during the lockdown but ready to get back into the studio.

Due to level 2 restrictions this will be for small groups and by appointment only until the rules change.

We will need to charge a $5 cleaning fee during Level 2 if you use our props as all equipment is sterilised after each class.
