Level 3 class to resume

Our popular Level 3 class will be resuming again on Tuesday nights from 7:30 – 9:00pm after Anzac weekend.

This will taught by Neil, an experienced and dynamic J2 certified Iyengar yoga teacher who has recently joined the studio.

The Level 1 class will still continue on Tuesday from 6:00 – 7:15pm led by Glenn.

A tribute to Marina Dmitri

The team at Iyengar North Shore Yoga would like to pay tribute to Marina Dmitri, a true yogi whom died unexpectedly on the 8th January 2016.

She had an amazingly positive influence on everyone she met. Marina was too beautiful for this world. She was taken from this earth far too early. She was only 29 years old!
